Christmas Tree

Getting a live tree in Utah is quite a bit different than getting one in Washington, where I grew up. Growing up we would drive out to one of the many tree farms and walk around acres of trees until we found the right one. Then my dad would get down on the ground and saw the tree down, rain or shine. Here in Utah we go to a parking lot outside of a golf course and walk around a bunch of trees that were cut down and brought here from Wyoming. But nevertheless we have a live tree.

Here we are searching it out

Doesn't Jerrod look like he's a boy on a mission? He cracks me up!
As we were loading the tree on top of our car we saw this fancy set of wheels come to get their tree. What a tradition! Adam and I were just a tad bit envious.
Putting on the lights, again another funny one of Jerrod. Gideon was mesmerized by the lights.
Here we are decorating. Unfortunately as we added ornaments the branches kept drooping and drooping so our perfect tree quickly went to a sad Charlie Brown tree, but we still like it.
